Hedron is a tiny epic space battle that you can play in 30 minutes with two players (and a bit longer with more). You control a faction of energy beings, called hedrons, battling other factions for control of space. You will gain victory by dominating areas of space and destroying your opponent’s hedrons.
The game of Hedron is played with polyhedral dice, ranging from a lowly four-sided die all the way up a might 20-sided, with the result of the dice representing the hedron’s energy. Energy is the resource you’ll use to wage war; it’s your health, power source and ammunition. Each turn, you’ll spend energy to make a single move that you can build upon using a chain reaction to launch your fleet across the battlefield and attack your enemy. Throughout the game, your hedrons will also gain access to dynamic powers, making each player more powerful and unpredictable.
Hedron combines the depth of traditional abstract games with the fun of a thematic space battle to deliver a rich and dynamic gaming experience.
